1.  Educational Programmes - For Students & General Public

2.  Limit Tar and Nicotine content

3.  Ban tobacco sales to minors

4.  To sell cigarettes in packs only

5.  Smoking cessation programmes

6.  Ban smoking on public transport
   

GOVERNMENT APPROACH TO CONTROL TOBACCO 

1.  Regularly increase Taxes on all Tobacco products

2.  Ban Tobacco advertising

3.  Ban introduction of New Tobacco products

4.  Ban the use of tobacco in Public Places

5.  To undertake educational Programmes

6.  Alternative crops to Tobacco

2.  Avoiding/limiting alcohol Consumption

3.  Eating adequate fruits and vegetables daily

4.  Knowing family history of cancer

5.  Limiting exposure sun/radiation

6.  Choosing healthy food reduces cancer risk by 30 – 40%

7.  Eating a low fat diet

8.  Regular exercising

9.  Maintaining healthy weight throughout life
