ಪರಿಚಯ

ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೋಗ ಗಂಥಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ವಿಭಾಗ

ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೋಗ ಗಂಥಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ರೋಗವನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವುದು, ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚುವುದು, ಅದರ ತಪಾಸಣೆ, ರೋಗನಿರ್ಣಯ, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಿಮೊಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ (ಎರಡೂ ಸಹ) ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ನಿರತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್‌ನಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳಾ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸರಣಾ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಶಾಮಕ ಆರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಭಾಗವು ತೊಡಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕಲ್ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಭಾಗವು ಹೊರರೋಗಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಒಳರೋಗಿಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ (ವಿಶೇಷ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು). ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊರರೋಗಿ ತಪಾಸಣೆಗಾಗಿ, ಬೋಧನಾ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮೈನರ್‌ ಓ.ಟಿ.ಗಾಗಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

ವಿಭಾಗದ ಹೊರರೋಗಿ ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕ್ ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ 6 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ (ಸೋಮವಾರದಿಂದ ಶನಿವಾರದವರೆಗೆ). ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರದ, ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ನಂತರದ, ಮಹಿಳಾ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕಿಮೊಥೆರಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಸರಣಾ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಓ.ಪಿ.ಡಿ.ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಓ.ಪಿ.ಡಿ.ಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (9:00 ರಿಂದ 4:00ರವರೆಗೆ) ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ರಜಾದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (9:00 ರಿಂದ 1:00ರವರೆಗೆ) ತೆರೆದಿರಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ, ಒಂದು ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ 6 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಲ್ಯಾಪರೊಸ್ಕೋಪಿಕ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರೊಬೊಟಿಕ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯ ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೋಗ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ.

ಮೈನರ್ ಓಟಿ ಪ್ರೊಸೀಜರ್ (ಡಿ&ಸಿ,ಸೆಕೆಂಡರಿ ಸ್ಯೂಟಿಂಗ್, ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಪಾರ್ಸೆಂಟೆಸಿಸ್, ಫ್ಲುರಲ್ ಟ್ಯಾಪಿಂಗ್, ಐಸಿಡಿ…ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ).

ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರೆದ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು.

ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೋಗಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುಧಾರಿತ ಲ್ಯಾಪ್ರೋಸ್ಕೋಪಿಕ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು.

ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೋಗಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ರೊಬೊಟಿಕ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು.
